We are looking for a Transactional Buyer / Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in procurement operations and are passionate about managing transactional buying processes in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, we'd love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP from approved PRs
Validate demand, pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines before PO release
Coordinate with suppliers for PO acknowledgements and expedite deliveries
Manage inventory planning using MRP and MD04 in SAP
Resolve operational issues related to goods receipt and invoice mismatches
Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Suppliers
Support procurement operations, including invoice matching and CoA uploads
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM (PR-to-PO Process) – Mandatory
Working knowledge of MRP & MD04 – Highly Preferred
Experience in procurement operations/transactional buying (3–5 years)
Supplier coordination and expediting experience
Strong MS Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint skills
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Exposure to international stakeholders is an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma or equivalent (Non-engineering background preferred)
