About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Geology Expert to join our team at Asymptotes. The selected candidate will work on developing engaging geology-based experiments, earth science models, field activities, and hands-on learning experiences for students.
This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about earth sciences, research, innovation, and making scientific concepts interactive and practical for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop geology and earth science experiments for students.
- Create working models related to rocks, minerals, volcanoes, earthquakes, fossils, soil science, and tectonic activities.
- Develop STEM and environmental science activities and demonstrations.
- Conduct sample collection, analysis, and educational research activities.
- Assist in creating interactive lab setups and innovation projects.
- Collaborate with academic teams to simplify complex geological concepts.
- Organize workshops, exhibitions, and hands-on student activities.
- Research innovative ways to teach earth and environmental sciences through practical learning.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of geology, earth sciences, and environmental systems.
- Knowledge of rocks, minerals, mapping, soil analysis, and geological processes.
- Hands-on approach toward experiments and model-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in innovation and STEM projects.
Eligibility
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Geology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Geophysics, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong academic or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with fieldwork, research, lab work, or model-development experience will be preferred.
