Olive Infraresorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Associate to join its team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests. As the first point of contact at the property, the Front Office Associate is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations and delivering the highest standard of guest service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures by maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
- Supervising front office staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handling guest queries and complaints efficiently, and coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and reservations.
- The role involves managing room allocations, walk-in guests, and bookings while keeping the front desk area organized and well-equipped.
- The manager will also be required to maintain accurate records, generate reports, oversee operational documentation, control costs, and monitor supplies.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for training and mentoring front office staff and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or resort industry.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in front office systems and software.
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Hotel and Resorts Background.
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate– Hospitality Background Preferred.
Salary: 1, 68,000.00 - 2,00,000.00 per annum.
