- A Solar Sales Coordinator acts as the central link between field sales executives, technical teams, and customers. They are responsible for managing inquiries, processing sales documentation, and tracking orders. They also handle vital compliance tasks like subsidy, loan, and net-metering paperwork.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, log them into CRM systems, and assign them to field sales teams.
- Quotation & Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals, including system sizes, costs, and projected Return on Investment (ROI).
- Order Processing: Oversee the transition of a closed sale to the project execution team. Coordinate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and track project timelines until installation is complete.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering product inquiries, providing dispatch updates, and addressing after-sales service requests.
- Experienced candidates are preferred
