About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and provide effective business solutions
- Drive account growth and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare account plans, reports, and business reviews
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain long-term partnerships
- Identify areas for improvement and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and relationship management abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Strong business development and client servicing mindset

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
