Full Stack Developer (React.js / Node.js)
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at SyncCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
- Build frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and database integrations
- Debug issues and improve application performance
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
- Follow best practices for clean, scalable, and secure code
- Learn and work with AWS cloud technologies
Required Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Understanding of REST APIs and databases
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Understanding of SaaS or healthcare products
- React Native experience is a plus
Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
