Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage overall HR operations along with administration activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management
- Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Support performance appraisal and training activities
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation
- Manage exit formalities and employee settlements
Administration Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery records
- Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
- Handle general coordination and administrative support tasks
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in HR & Administration
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Ability to handle administration activities independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
