Position: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our educational concepts and solutions to schools. The candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in the education/school sector, and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with school authorities and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads and identify potential schools and educational institutions for business development.
· Conduct field visits and meetings with school management, principals, and decision-makers.
· Present and pitch the company’s educational concepts, products, and services effectively.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
· Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and closures.
· Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
· Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong understanding of core sales principles and sales processes.
· Willingness to travel extensively and work in field sales.
· Prior experience in the school/education sector is preferred.
· Ability to confidently pitch educational concepts and solutions to schools.
· Excellent spoken English and Hindi with strong vocabulary and presentation skills.
· Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.
Experience & Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education/school sector.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
