We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate Operations to be the operational backbone of our platform, ensuring seamless processes from client onboarding to recovery.
The Role
The Associate Operations is a critical role that sits at the intersection of technology, client management, and data analysis. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of our day-to-day operations, optimising processes, and supporting the deployment of new features. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology and data to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to ensure quality and functionality.
- Develop and refine process flows to enhance system stability and minimise operational errors.
- Identify opportunities for automation and assist in the implementation of solutions to streamline key operational processes.
- Maintain and update documentation on company repositories, ensuring all operational records are accurate and current.
- Facilitate the end-to-end client onboarding process, including contract execution (MSA) and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee timely payment processes, closing gaps to prevent delays and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Serve as an operational liaison, closing issues and resolving bottlenecks arising from internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Manage and monitor call centre operations, ensuring agent performance, quality assurance, and adherence to established processes.
- Handle data entry, cleaning, and analysis to track business metrics and campaign performance.
- Generate actionable insights on recovery rates, borrower segments, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with live client data and accurate recovery progress.
- Contribute to the development of payment collection and retention strategies through data-backed support.
- Support daily operations through task coordination, real-time assistance to the team, and diligent follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and curate relevant financial content for internal training and strategy development.
- Create compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, and internal documents using PowerPoint.
- Drive technological advancements in our CRM and operational tools to support data-driven collection strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
