Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
