Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Growth Content Associate who can own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation to creation, publishing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating high-performing social media content and leveraging tools (including AI) to enhance speed, creativity, and impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate engaging content ideas aligned with marketing goals.
- Create short-form content (Reels, posts, carousels), including scripts, captions, and hooks.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms for content creation.
- Publish and manage content across social media platforms (primarily Instagram).
- Track and analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach).
- Continuously optimize content based on insights and trends.
- Collaborate with designers and team members when required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram/Reels).
- Hands-on experience in content creation and basic video editing.
- Ability to generate ideas and execute consistently.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content enhancement.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content work.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
