Experience: 4–8 Years
Role:
Provide L2/L3 production support for mainframe applications, ensuring system stability and quick incident resolution.
Key Skills:
- CICS, CICSPlex (CICSPlex SM)
- Sysview monitoring & performance analysis
- TSO/ISPF & Configuration Manager
- COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2
- Batch tools (Control-M/CA7)
- Incident & problem management (ServiceNow)
- Debugging abends, dumps, and job failures
Others:
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Banking domain (preferred)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
