Academic Counselor
Location: MG Road, Kochi
Aviv Digital is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselors to join our growing Ed-Tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students through calls, leads, and online inquiries
- Counsel students on suitable courses and career opportunities
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
- Support admissions, onboarding, and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Study Abroad experience will not be considered
