MULTISOFT is seeking two experienced and technically proficient IT Trainers to join our faculty. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of computer architecture, networking infrastructure, and server management, with a proven ability to transfer this knowledge to students through practical, hands-on instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions on Computer Hardware (Assembly/Troubleshooting), Networking fundamentals, CCNA modules, and Server Administration.
- Practical Lab Management: Supervise hands-on lab sessions, ensuring students can confidently configure routers, switches, and manage server environments.
- Curriculum Alignment: Update and deliver course content in line with current industry standards (OSI models, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and Virtualization).
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular theory and practical examinations to evaluate student progress and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Technical Support: Maintain the training center's internal lab infrastructure, including hardware maintenance and network configuration.
Technical Skill Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Computer Hardware: PC assembly, diagnostic tools, peripheral troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
- Operating Systems: Installation and configuration of Windows (Client/Server editions) and Linux environments.
- Networking (CCNA Level): Deep knowledge of IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), Subnetting, VLANs, Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), and Switching.
- Server Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy management, and server security protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or industrial experience in Hardware and Networking.
- Education: B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, or a specialized Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
- Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, or CompTIA A+/Network+.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
