Eligibility Criteria
- MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the affiliating university.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, demonstrations, and clinical training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Supervise students during clinical procedures and laboratory sessions.
- Guide students in case discussions, seminars, journal clubs, and academic projects.
- Participate in patient care and clinical services as per departmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate academic, clinical, and patient records.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, academic development, and departmental activities.
- Participate in research, publications, conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).
- Assist in organizing academic events, outreach programs, continuing dental education (CDE) activities, and community dental camps.
- Ensure compliance with DCI, university, and institutional guidelines.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and surgical skills in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commitment to patient care, academic excellence, and ethical practice.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms.
