5+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating large scale, distributed AI systems in production. 3+ years in platform, architecture, or lead engineer/Architect roles is strongly preferred. Top 3 Must Have Skills • AI Platform architecture, API design, distributed systems, reliability engineering- building reusable platform components used by multiple teams (not one off apps) • Experience implementing AI quality/evaluation practices and AI telemetry/monitoring foundations. Nice to Have Skills • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training • Experience building platform capabilities for AI/ML or GenAI solutions in a regulated/enterprise environment including registry patterns (tool/agent registries, private registries), grounding patterns (retrieval + memory + context budgeting) and production hardening, reference implementations/accelerators that drive adoption at scale etc. • Prior experience developing and implementing generative-based AI solutions using Large-Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., Open AI GPT, Google Gemini, Llama) • Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices in enterprise environments. • Airline Industry experience
