Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced SAP PP / PM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation (at least one full cycle) within the manufacturing domain. The role involves support, configuration, and plant rollout activities across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation / rollout projects
- Handle end-to-end configuration of SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
- Support new plant setup and configuration
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Provide UAT support, go-live assistance, and post go-live support
- Handle incident management and system enhancements
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in SAP PP / PM modules
- Must have worked on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (at least one full cycle) in manufacturing companies from either Steel/ FMCG/ Cookware.
- Should have experience in Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) modules of S/4 Hana.
Strong knowledge of:
- MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders (PP)
- Maintenance Planning, Work Orders (PM)
- Experience in manufacturing industries (Steel / FMCG / Cookware preferred)
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and customization
- Exposure to integration with other modules (MM, FICO)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel across plants in India as per project needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
