The Branch Manager – APC is responsible for driving business performance through the Agency Partner Channel by managing partner relationships, building a strong advisor network, and ensuring consistent revenue growth and team productivity at the branch level.

Achieve branch targets (FYP, NOP, Revenue, Active Advisors) through APC model

Drive productivity of Agency Partners and aligned FLS

Ensure month-on-month growth in business and activation metrics

Identify, onboard, and develop Agency Partners (APs)

Build strong relationships with partners to drive long-term engagement

Monitor partner-wise performance and drive accountability

Drive advisor hiring through Agency Partners

Focus on quality recruitment from key segments (CA, Teachers, Govt employees, Homemakers, etc.)

Ensure timely licensing, onboarding, and activation of advisors

Coach and mentor FLS and partners through joint field work (JFW)

Conduct regular training sessions on product pitching and objection handling
