We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in recruitment consultancy or BPO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, non-IT recruitment, and EdTech hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source quality candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until successful onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Non-IT hiring and EdTech recruitment.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
