Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Conduct sales drives and promotional campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities and market expansion
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Monitor sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership or regional sales management
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales and team management
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
