Office Assistant (Admin & Documentation)
We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and computer-savvy Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to handle online documentation and office administration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative work.
- Work on computers using MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based applications.
- Fill and process online applications and forms.
- Manage documentation related to Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar updates, and other government services.
- Prepare, scan, print, organize, and maintain office documents.
- Draft basic emails and communicate professionally when required.
- Coordinate with government offices, service centers, and vendors for document submissions, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Visit government offices or other locations whenever required for official work.
- Maintain records, files, and office data efficiently.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Basic to good English reading and writing skills.
- Good computer knowledge and internet usage.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PDF handling, scanning, printing, and email.
- Ability to fill online government and private applications accurately.
- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Experience in documentation, administration, CSC, e-Governance, or office operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills are also welcome to apply.
