Job Summary:
We are looking for two detail-oriented and experienced Accountants to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with Zoho Accounting Software and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
