Digitals AI Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office and the Office building. This role is essential to ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:

Manage work office, building, supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.

Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in organizing company events and team activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
