Job Summary
Arcraft Infotech is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Python cum Data Science Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Python programming, Data Science, Machine Learning, and data analysis, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, guiding students through live and capstone projects, and preparing them for industry requirements and placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Python Programming, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and practical projects.
- Train students in core Python concepts including data structures, OOP, functions, modules, file handling, exception handling, APIs, and packages.
- Teach Data Science concepts, including data collection, data preprocessing, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Train students in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
- Introduce students to fundamental Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
- Conduct practical coding sessions and provide debugging and technical support.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, quizzes, coding tests, and mock interviews.
- Keep course content updated with the latest trends in Python, Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, assessments, and training documentation.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, SQL, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience as a Python Trainer, Data Science Trainer, Machine Learning Trainer, or Technical Trainer.
- Candidates with industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Python Development, or Software Development will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional technical knowledge, strong projects, and good teaching ability may also be considered.
