- Creation/ Modification/Revision of SRM for Airbus SA, LR, MB and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350 and A380) programs.
- Airbus tool experience must.
- Well aware of Airbus standards, Tools & Processes.
- Hands on experience with Airbus tools such as SAP pcs module, SRM 3d ident, zamiz, airbus supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI and VPM.
- Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.
- Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.
- Understand and perform impact analysis to create content aligned with change requests.
- Guide and mentor Junior Authors and Junior Illustrators.
- Good experience in SRM ID (IPC) Authoring for Airbus aircraft programs.
- Strong understanding of Airbus documentation standards, tools, and publication processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents.
- Experience in collecting source data and performing technical analysis.
- Strong understanding of engineering change management and impact analysis.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and supporting process improvement initiatives.
