We are looking for a clear-spoken, motivated, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential and existing customers to introduce our products/services, answer questions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily calls to leads, prospective clients, or existing databases to introduce our offerings.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customer needs, pitch relevant products or services, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries, handle objections professionally, and provide accurate information about pricing, timelines, and policies.
- Database Management: Keep a clean, updated record of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in our system or CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested leads to move them closer to a purchase or partnership.
- Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales/lead generation targets.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
