Job Description
Nexaura Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Student Counselor to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about counseling, have strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities (UK, Ireland, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Convert leads into applications through continuous follow-ups
- Assist students with application documentation (SOP, LOR, CV)
- Coordinate with universities for offer letters and admission updates
- Provide visa guidance and interview preparation support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track student progress
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling / education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with university portals / CRM systems
- Knowledge of UK, Canada, or European admissions
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
