We are hiring a Accounts - Accounts Receivable-Sr. Executive
Salary : 4 Lakhs per annum
Location Vadodara
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FCL Export Customer Service.
Strong communication skills with shipping lines/carriers.
Good knowledge of FCL export documentation.
Experience in coordinating with customers and carriers.
Ability to handle shipment follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
* Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data
* Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures
* Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
* Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
* Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files
* Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations
* BRS
* Receipt accounting
* Track customer overdue outstanding
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
