Job Description & Summary:

A career within Ceda Central Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Leverage GCC Industry connects to identify, target, and engage with potential clients. Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives to position our service offerings effectively.

Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategic plans for entering new markets and expanding our presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize our offerings to the client.

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry.

Take ownership of digital strategy sales for GCC accounts, serving as the primary contact and sales driver.

Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts to develop tailored proposals that address client-specific challenges and showcase the company's value proposition.

Manage and maintain robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and potential deals.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and adapt Market Intelligence strategies as needed.

Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes.

Support proposal development, client engagements, and thought leadership initiatives in digital transformation domain.

Keep updated on market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and digital innovations relevant to our GCC customers.

Mandatory Skill sets:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

8–12 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in SAP Transportation Management.

Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects.

Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing project deliveries.

Years of Experience Required:

12+

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or digital transformation, with minimum 5 years focused on the Retail & Consumer sector.

Demonstrated expertise as a Domain Architect or Solution Architect driving large-scale retail transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of retail operations including merchandising, supply chain, customer experience, e-commerce, and loyalty management.

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, data platforms, AI/ML, IoT, and CRM/ERP systems popular in retail.

Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and engage with senior client stakeholders.

Consulting experience preferred but not mandatory.
