Key Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of IT equipment.
- Document service activities, asset details, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and spare part replacements.
- Support IT asset verification, including make, model, serial number, and working status.
- Provide timely field support to clients and internal teams.
· Willing to travel as per project requirement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards during all service activities.
· Constant follow up and alternate methods to resolve issues.
· Unresolved issues to be taken to the next level of support Manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
