Profile:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be target-oriented, and be able to handle client interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and follow up on sales leads.
2. Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
6. Update CRM and sales records regularly.
Requirements:
1. 1–4 years of real estate sales experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
4. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
5. Graduate preferred.
Salary: As per Company Norms
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
