Job Summary
Eagle Engitech is looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate qualified leads, conduct product presentations, and convert prospects into customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and qualify leads through IndiaMART, Alibaba, website inquiries, social media, and other online sources.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA Marketing, or equivalent)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Experience
- 0–3 Years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B or Industrial Sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
