Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, strategic, and well-spoken Business Development Executive who can drive high-value partnerships and expand the Châlet D’Or presence across premium retail spaces.
This role is about opening doors, building networks, and closing luxury deals — with confidence, elegance, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with premium showrooms & luxury retail brands (jewellery, couture, furniture, luxury auto, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold outreach, references, and strategic networking
- Schedule and manage high-value client meetings & presentations
- Execute end-to-end deal closure (pitch → negotiation → onboarding)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified luxury prospects
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and brand owners
- Represent Châlet D’Or at exclusive industry events and private previews
- Work closely with the leadership team to scale partnerships rapidly
Candidate Profile
- Strong command over English communication with a polished, professional tone
- Confident in approaching high-end clients and initiating conversations
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or luxury client handling preferred
- Street-smart, proactive, and highly target-driven
- Presentable personality with an understanding of luxury positioning and etiquette
- Ability to handle rejections, negotiations, and long sales cycles
