We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Tamil or Kannada speaking) to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.

Communicate confidently in English, Hindi, Tamil/Kannada to build strong relationships and trust with clients.

Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales.

Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.

Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for meetings.

Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling.

Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil/Kannada (mandatory).

Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling customer calls.

Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and call-tracking systems.

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Related field preferred).
