Paul's Desserts is looking for an experienced Ice Cream Cook to lead our production team. We want someone who can make delicious, high-quality ice cream and help our business grow.
What You Will Do [Ice Cream Cook / Chef]
- Make Great Ice Cream: Create high-quality ice cream while keeping costs low.
- Lead the Team: Manage daily factory work and guide the helpers we provide.
- Meet Targets: Ensure the team meets the daily production goals.
- Bring Connections (Plus Point): If you know wholesalers or distributors to sell our ice cream, it is an advantage.
Work Schedule & Living Rules
- 9 Months Season: You must live on the company property 24/7 during the 9-month production season.
- Daily Hours: You will only work 8 to 9 hours a day.
- Days Off: You can take a few days off during the busy season if your helpers can still meet the daily goals.
- 3 Months Off-Season: You get full pay for the 3 months when the factory is closed. You can go home. However, you must return immediately if we call you for work.
What We Offer
- Good Salary: Fixed monthly pay up to ₹30,000.
- Free Room & Food: We provide your accommodation and daily meals for free.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience making ice cream in a factory or big facility.
- Ability to handle production stress.
- Ready to live on-site for 9 months.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with our company.
- Paid Vacation: Full salary during the 3-month off-season.
- Bring Your Own Crew: You can bring helpers you like working with. They will be hired as regular workers. They cannot form unions or groups against the company.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
