Customer Relations Manager (CRM) Job Description
The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty. This role bridges the gap between the company's internal operations and the client’s vision, acting as the primary advocate for the customer throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns or complaints, providing swift and professional resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and feedback loops to improve overall service quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
- Data Analysis: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure all client interactions align with the company’s luxury standards and aesthetic values.
