Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from planning to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and budgets.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project progress reports, billing documentation, and MIS.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–7 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ducting, Ventilation, Split & Cassette AC Systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
