Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive - Business Development to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Assist in business development initiatives and support the sales team in achieving organizational targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth execution of client requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Perform any other sales and business development-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to prepare professional business proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Odisha as required.
