We are seeking an IR Executive to manage industrial relations activities, ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee grievances, maintain statutory records, and coordinate with contractors and government authorities. The role requires strong knowledge of labor regulations, compliance management, and employee relations to support a harmonious and legally compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, and returns.
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and compliance matters.
- Monitor contractor compliance, attendance, wages, and statutory obligations.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare IR reports, compliance MIS, and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, MSW, Labour Welfare, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, EPF, ESIC, and contract labor management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
