Job Title: Center Head

Job Summary:
The Center Head is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the preschool, including academic excellence, staff supervision, parent relations, admissions, and overall center growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and administrative staff
- Ensure high standards of curriculum delivery and child development outcomes
- Drive admissions, retention, and center growth initiatives
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
- Manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements
- Plan and execute events, marketing activities, and outreach programs
- Maintain brand standards and uphold the reputation of the school
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 5–6 years of experience in preschool/education, with leadership experience
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage teams, operations, and parent expectations effectively
