Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Travel Operations to lead and manage a team of travel consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the travel industry, hands-on experience with GDS systems, and a proven ability to drive team performance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of travel consultants and operations executives.
- Oversee daily operations related to domestic and international flight bookings.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and service levels to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in the Travel Industry, with at least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight booking processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
