About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI & ML Engineer to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, Python, data analysis, and model development, along with an interest in applying AI to real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build predictive models for classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation, and other business use cases.
- Implement and fine-tune NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
- Work with APIs and AI/ML frameworks to integrate intelligent features into products and internal systems.
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and models.
- Maintain proper documentation of models, experiments, datasets, and technical processes.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Understanding of SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of statistics and probability.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices.
- Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or other AI APIs/models.
- Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Time-Series Forecasting, or Recommendation Systems.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong practical projects, internships, GitHub repositories, or relevant certifications will be considered for freshers.
