Job Summary
Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery to ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency. The role includes troubleshooting, equipment installation, TPM implementation, spare parts management, and leading maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain machine uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance records.
Prepare and implement TPM/Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Install and commission new machinery and support equipment improvements.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers/OEMs.
Lead daily maintenance activities and guide the maintenance team.
Coordinate with internal departments and equipment manufacturers for technical support.
Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of compressors, ovens, stamping presses, and stamping dies.
Basic knowledge of MCC and control panel wiring is preferred.
Familiarity with welding equipment and processes (Spot, Stud & Projection Welding).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Good computer and English communication skills.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing shop floor environment.
Three-shift operation with overtime as required.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
