TinyBooks turns photographs, memories and stories into beautifully designed physical books.
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive person to help us grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, with a particular focus on influencer collaborations and content creation.
This is a hands-on part-time role. You don't need years of experience — we're looking for someone who understands social media, communicates well, follows up relentlessly and can get things done independently.
What you'll do
Influencer & Creator Collaborations
- Research relevant influencers and content creators.
- Reach out to potential collaborators through Instagram, email and LinkedIn.
- Follow up with creators and coordinate collaborations.
- Manage gifting, barter and paid collaborations.
- Maintain an organised influencer database.
- Track collaborations from initial outreach through to content delivery.
- Build relationships with creators for potential repeat collaborations.
Social Media
- Maintain a simple monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish Instagram and LinkedIn content.
- Help with captions, hooks and CTAs.
- Coordinate with the team to collect content.
- Keep track of upcoming campaigns, launches and important dates.
- Monitor comments and DMs and flag anything requiring attention.
Content Creation
- Help create simple trendy content pieces every month.
- Shoot phone-based Reels, product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Attend occasional photoshoots in Bengaluru.
- Do basic video editing using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, influencer marketing or content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Basic Canva/CapCut skills.
- Good eye for content and aesthetics.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Willing to occasionally attend shoots in Bengaluru.
A portfolio or examples of your work are more important to us than your degree.

We want someone who can take ownership of the social media workflow rather than simply waiting for instructions.
You'll be successful in this role if you can:
- Consistently identify and reach out to relevant creators.
- Turn outreach into genuine collaboration opportunities.
- Keep follow-ups and deliverables organised.
- Ensure Instagram and LinkedIn content goes out consistently.
- Help us create a few good pieces of content every month.
- Bring new ideas and opportunities to the team.
