Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
* Understand customer requirements and promote manufacturing products/solutions
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
* Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
* Maintain accurate records & prepare sales reports
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Skills Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales/inside sales (manufacturing industry preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
