- 8–12+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Management within aerospace, defence, or precision/CNC manufacturing (adjust per seniority).
- Demonstrated experience implementing AS9100D from scratch and achieving certification in at least one organization.
- Hands-on experience with internal/external audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and special process control.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., DGCA/FAA/EASA exposure) is an advantage.
- Completed gap analysis report and implementation plan.
- Full QMS documentation suite (procedures, SOPs, WIs, forms, records).
- Trained internal audit team and a functioning internal audit program.
- Successful AS9100D certification (Stage 1 & Stage 2) and clean surveillance audits.
- Functioning CAPA, risk, and management review processes with demonstrable evidence.
- Dashboard of quality KPIs with improvement trends.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
