Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, managing follow-ups, assisting in admissions activities, and contributing to the achievement of enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing business development and student enrollment strategies.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
- Support admission campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Sales, or Student Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 9:30 to 5:30
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
