Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends, with the ability to create engaging content that showcases beautiful interior spaces. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos) showcasing interior projects.
- Capture professional photos and videos at project sites, factories, and showrooms.
- Plan and execute content calendars for social media.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Design graphics and carousel posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the marketing team.
- Assist in brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional shoots.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and visual identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
- Strong portfolio of video and photo content.
- Experience with:
- Instagram Reels
- Facebook
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn
- Proficiency in:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for content creation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, furniture, real estate, or home décor industry.
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and cinematic video shooting.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar creative tools is an advantage. Content creator roles commonly emphasize creating platform-specific content, editing, brand storytelling, and publishing across social channels.

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
