- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the assigned branch, department, or business unit.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance using MIS reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
- Manage customer escalations and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Oversee risk management practices and ensure adherence to internal control policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
