Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a professional personality, and the ability to confidently assist both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, diamonds, gemstones, and product specifications.
- Handle foreign/international clients confidently and professionally.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist with billing, order processing, exchanges, and after-sales services.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
- Coordinate with inventory and management teams regarding product availability and customer orders.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and product knowledge.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling international/foreign customers.
- Strong sales and customer-service orientation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, gold, and jewellery is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
